ECA Peer Exchange: Northern New
Mexico Coalition of Local Governments, Los Alamos, NM, November 6,

On November 6, 2009 ECA hosted
a Peer Exchange for the Local Governments in Northern New Mexico.
ECA members from Hanford, Idaho, Kirkland and Rocky Flats attended
the meeting to discuss the formation of local government coalitions.
